Hi all our wonderful KLTC members,
It's great that the club has been going from strength to strength over the past few years and recently the committee has been having some discussions regarding how to continue this, our future direction and the priorities we want to work towards as we improve our tennis club experience, and provide the best possible environment for all our members
We absolutely want your participation and feedback in this process and we are using a simple yet effective approach: "Start, Stop, Continue."
Please have a think about your experience at the club and then come back to us with your thoughts under these three headings.
Start: What new initiatives, activities, or improvements would you like us to introduce?
Stop: What current practices or activities should we consider stopping or changing?
Continue: What do you think is working well and should continue?
You don't have to do all three, just use whatever suits your thoughts.
Your feedback is vital in shaping the future of our club, and we encourage you to share your honest opinions. Your responses will help us grow and serve our community better.
Please have your responses back to us no later than by Wednesday 13 November, so we can compile the results before the next committee meeting.
